is it an implantation sign???

hi everyone
i had sex on the very exact day that i was ovulating! all was fine that day but the day after i started experiencing severe cramps in the lower abdomen and i was also sweating heavily despite it was very cold outside! i have never felt like that before! am i really going to be pregnant? i ll be happy if it is so but now even after 2 days the pain is persisting and i cant endure it now! please help! i wana know what is happening to me but im scared to visit a doctor!

Please go to the doctor. This pain is never related to pregnancy. You might have an urine infection or anything else which needs a doctor's consultation.
