is a 6 mos test only neccessary for abnormal immune system?

hi is it true that having a an hiv test after three months is pretty unlikely to gow wrong, is it already conclusive
like if u have an hiv test after three months the result is already dependable? and that i would be remotely or not wrong?
and that a 6 mos test is only neccessary to completety clear the doubt? and only neccessary for those who have adnormal immune system like recent operation?

‎
HIV is a incurable disease. Precaution and continuous testing is recommended procedure so that ‎‎chances of detection and proper treatment can be increased and other individuals getting infected ‎‎due to unknown cases can be prevented. ‎

But as normal individuals without any immune deficiency produce antibodies within 6-12 weeks, a ‎ELISA for HIV antibody test ‎done at the end of 12 weeks is very accurate in ruling out HIV infection. ‎
