I have irregular periods because I once took Plan B and now I miss my period every other month. Usually it's been flowing well, like I'll have my normal symptoms like cramps, bloating, spotting, and I'll have like one or two heavy days. But recently it came, and it's been brown ever since. It's been several days and it has never been heavy or changed color. In fact, it's almost completely stopped flowing and hasn't been red at all. As far as I know, I'm not experiencing other symptoms as much either. This worries me and makes me wonder if I could be pregnant, but I don't feel anything. What could be happening to my body? I recently started attending class again as well. Could it be stress or hormone imbalance?

Welcome to this forum.
The action of plan B persists for 6 to 8 weeks. But if you have irregular periods as well as scanty cycle beyond that, the cause may be different. It can be stress, anxiety or tension as well as obesity or thyroid problem, you need to be evaluated. So, meet your Doctor for an opinion.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an on1stline medical forum.
