So in January of this year I had a misscarriage, but i still want to have a baby so i decided not to get on the pill and we've been trying at least every other day. I've been having a 5 day long period every 11 days up like clock work until now. My last period started on April 27th and lasted until May 5th! 9 day long period. 2 weeks later I expected a period in reference to my regularly irregularity periods but nothing happened. So I thought I was finally regulating! Except I should've started yesterday. My boobs have been very tinder, I dont sleep well usually, I never have up until now all I want to do is sleep--and I do. I'm just worried and dont want to get my Hope's up.. i could use some advice or any kind words would be appreciated!

The good news is that you got pregnant once, so you can probably do it again. If I understand your post properly, your normal cycle is short enough that pregnancy is difficult. I think you should talk to a gyno or fertility specialist to see how you might regulate that. You could also run a home pregnancy test to see if you got lucky last month. Best of luck!
