Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Taking foods rich in iron, or fortified with iron, along with inclusion of dark & green leafy vegetables help. Consider requesting your gynecologist/obstetrician to prescribe iron tonic instead of tablets and see if they help. Be regular in taking prenatal vitamins. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
