internal and external practice to conceive?..

I married six months ago I need to conceive but I m practicing yoga would it be safe a .... And which is the best time to have intercourse to conceive.
Now a days I m having lot of hair problem what should i do ? Give me both internal practice like diet and external practice ..

You need a diet that is healthy and balanced and you need to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. If you want to get pregnant, you should start taking Folic Acid, as this is a very important vitamin during the first couple of weeeks of pregnancy as it helps with nurological development and can greatly reduce the chances of spinda bifida.

If your periods are regular, then you and your husband should have sex on a regular basis, once a day or every couple of days in order to hit your ovulation day. You can try and track your ovulation by using BBT or Cervial mucus or both, but this makes trying to conceive much more stressful. Stop any birth control if you're taking any.

Yoga is fine until you find out you're expecting and then you need to find a yoga instructor that specialises in pregnancy yoga. Yoga can help keep things supple and help during child birth as well as keeping you in good shape.
