Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Less bleeding during periods, tingly breasts, increased frequency of urine, backache, cramps, bloating, all suggest possibility of pregnancy. Look out for other symptoms suggesting pregnancy.
Sometimes urine tests keep showing you false negative results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine during early pregnancy.
Visit your gynecologist for an examination and a blood beta HCG level test (it can detect pregnancy accurately than the urine pregnancy tests as early as 11 days post conception). You can also request for an early ultrasound scan to confirm gestational age of baby.
Take care.
