intense stomach pain (front), fever, and vomiting.

I am a 50 year old male and within the last couple of months, have had 3 or 4 bouts of intense stomach pain (front), fever, and vomiting. These symptoms usually last a couple of hours and then vanish completely for weeks at a time. Is this indicative of anything serious?

Your symptoms could be indicative of Gall Bladder disease,Infection,oe liver disorders.Considering your age they cannot be ignored.
A USG scan would help in the correct diagnosis.Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.
