Insomnia is making me go crazy!

I often fall asleep at 10pm but somehow it gets disturbed after an hour or so and then it becomes real difficult for me to fall asleep again. I try not to think anything but my mind is full of unwanted thoughts. I’m having this issue for more than a month now. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Start with your doc to either treat or rule out an underlying med condition. If none, ask him/her about using a CBT sleep training program, they are substance-free and represent a permanent solution for most people. Much good info online if you're the self-help type.
