insomnia, frequent urination and carpal tunnel?

Hi iam 19 years old and i have been having unprotected sex with my husband since the last day of my period which was on March 25th, about a week ago, i started noticing slight cramping, sore nipples, insomnia, frequent urination and carpal tunnel. Could i be pregnant? Your help is greatly appreciated i shouldn't start my period until the 18th of this month. Thank you.

Welcome to ehealthforum,
You can experience symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy early. Few women can experience them as early as 24 hours after a fruitful intercourse. If you suspect to be pregnant (as suggested by your symptoms), visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Blood/serum HCG level test can detect pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post conception.
