would i need to go see a doctor if the inside of my virgina started bleeding or will it heel itself?

If the bleeding is fresh and it has not controlled within 24-48 hours since it started, then it might indicate possibility of injury. If it is closer to your expected period time, then the bleeding could also signify possibility of menstrual bleeding. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination to rule out possibility of injury. If the injury is minor and bleeding stops within 24-48 hours, then it can heal itself.
