I promise this is a legitimate question. I visit a place that has a ton of animals. Peacocks. Camels. Donkeys. Dogs and horses. I just realized that they grow their own food there and the water from where the animals go to the bathroom runs off into the garden. I get sick every time I go there. What diseases can you get if you accidentally ingested contaminated run off from these animals? Most worried about the peacocks as they are the closest. Thank you and I promise this is a real question.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Usually GI disorders, gastroenteritis are common causes of such encounters, if you drink contaminated waters.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
