Tender lesions on shins under skin. I have had symptoms from 2011-current.
Had a biopsy. Granulomatous inflammation composed of well-formed epitheloid - type granulomas with surround lumphocytes, histocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils. Perivascular and mixed inflammation with overlying dermis. Yeast forms with focal budding within a granuloma. Mixed lobular and septal granulomatous panniculitis. Shortness of breath. Constant cold/tingling toes. Waiting for my next biopsy appointment. What could this be?
