I've been trying to get pregnant for 7 years straight. No luck not even once. But I feel pregnant now but don't have the means to test at the moment. I just had an MRI done of my lower back, would that show if I was pregnant or not?

Welcome to this forum.
A 7 years infertility definitely need to be investigated.
However,as per your question, an MRI should show if you have any pregnancy inside provided it is not very recent[ of 4 to 5 weeks].
