infertility from having tubes tied

i want to get pregnant and i was wondering if i could have a doctor take his sperm and my egg and make a baby in a dish and then put it in me?

Making baby in a dish and putting inside is called as IVF (in vitro fertilization). If you are wanting to get pregnant, and your partner is unable to produce sperms, then you have to go for 'donor sperms' where a sperm donor gives his sperm to fertilize your egg. The chances of you getting a doctor's sperms can be less, you can ask in the sperm bank if they have any records.
Discuss with an infertility specialist about whats the best way to get you pregnant if your partner is unable to produce healthy sperms but you are able to produce healthy eggs, and proceed with the steps and work-up as instructed.
