Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. It is extremely difficult to predict the infertility and its correlation with the duration of the Chlamydia infection. If the Chlamydia reaches the fallopian tubes, the possibility of infertility is high as they primarily cause the damage to the fallopian tubes by causing adhesions and thus resulting in the blockage of the tubes.

There’ll be a lot of variation from patient to patient. It is good that you are taking treatment. A hysterosalpingogram is the best test to look for the patency of the fallopian tubes. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
