help my infant has had 4 white clear pimples,blisters in his grouin area.What are they and what can i do to help them?

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The pimples/blisters in the groin area signify infection or a rash.
Are you using diapers for your infant? if yes, then keep the area dry and clean. Moisture in the place will make it worse.
Get him examined by his paediatrician/doctor and start him on treatment if anything is found serious after examination.
