I had my period from Nov. 6 to Nov. 11 and the last time I had intercourse was Nov. 12. My boyfriend and I have always been safe by using condoms but I am not on the pill. On the 18th I started spotting a dark brown color which I noticed just on tissue after going to the bathroom and it has been getting progressively worse since then to where my pantiliner is covered in blood. I have had a stomachache for the same amount of time accompanied with cramps and low back pain. I have been regular between 28-32 days between cycles since I started my period around age 12 so I'm very concerned. What could this be?

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The dark brown discharge could be due to infection, inflammation, pregnancy (it can result due to failure rate associated with condom use), PID, or due to change in hormones. Consider getting a thorough examination done along with investigations to see what could be going wrong. Do not delay your visit to your gynecologist (not regular doctor).
Take care.
