hi

my babay is 3 months 1 week old and i think hes not getting enough milk and i want to know is there any ways to increase the breast milk supply such as tablets or something????

also my baby did not have a proper dirty nappy for 4 days i think hes constipated what should i do about that>?

Try an herb called fenugreek. You can get it in tea or capsule form. I'd recommend the tea. You should be able to get it in any health food store.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Take 40mg metoclopramide daily and start multivitamins as well.
Take skilax drops for your baby.
