Shocked Please help me I need help and support because I was gouged in the groin with the seat of a bycycle while riding. It's very hard to get an erection let alone keep one the is no sperm in my ejaculation. I'm VERY scared and afraid for my reproductive rights Help me

I appreciate your concern

The groin and the genitalia need to be examined and ultrasound of the genitalia and particularly the penis and scrotal sac need to be done Doppler studies need to be done to determine adequate blood supply. Treatment can be advise accordingly.
