I am in a period of quite bad stress and finding it difficult to go out sometimes. I have been on a cbt course which helped me manage in better. However it seems to vary day to day and week to week. I get lonely because I can't socialise lots of the time.

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Stress and anxiety is a very common problem Faced by psychiatrist these days .Solution is very simple. Always think positive , take low doses of anti depressants ,Having frequent sessions of physiotherapy and avoiding all the stressors which relates to your stress is very important.Continue Cognitive behavioural therapy and Stay compliant to the medications .And Let your psychiatrist decide what is best for you . .
