Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. Within a few days of having Implanon removed, the hormones released by Implanon leave the body. The chances of becoming pregnant is the same as they were before using Implanon.

However, the age of the person and hormonal status plays an important role and with increasing age the fertility may take slightly longer to return. I’ll suggest you to consult a gynecologist for the same and seek an opinion as this is for medical information only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
