hep b carrier does the disease get resolve and wahabout immunity in your body is that good news. i asked for hep a needle and the my doctor said i dont need it cause my immunity wat does that mean?

Hello and thank you for your post on e health forum.

Carrier state in hepatitis B is a chronic state where the individual is continuously infective to others. This needs specific antiviral treatment to control the disease.

Since you are still in a chronic hepatitis state, your doctor might consider that this is not the right time for you to undergo immunization for hepatitis A.

You might continue to work with your doctor or a hepatologist, for further management of your condition, so that it can be resolved at the earliest.
