Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If you stop taking the birth control pill, then you should see withdrawal bleeding within 5-7 days of stopping the pill. If you suspect to be pregnant and are having symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy (fatigue, nausea, constipation, increased sleep, hunger and tiredness, mood changes, headaches, increased frequency of urine, breast soreness, nipple sensitivity, food cravings, dizziness, back pain, lower abdominal cramps) then go ahead with a thorough examination done by our gynecologist. You will need a blood HCG test to be done to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
