.im not feeling well everyday?

im yanna...i juz wanna ask if implantation cramping is feeling a very painful cramps in a lower right of my belly??i didnt experience any discharge or soreness of breast.just yesterday,i felt a little pain in my breast, but i didnt kn0w if its sore or vomiting,no spotting.just body ache,heartburn??coz somtyms i feel ache,and cramps.i experienced headaches too.i got big belly now.i dnt know if its jus menstration or something last menstrual was on feb 6,and supposed to be i wil hav my menstration last march delayed 2 days..not taking pt again..i use pt 5 days after contact,and its negative.i try it again after 3 days..and its also not feeling well everyday..i feel tired and my breathing is not normal.its more faster.when im looking my belly.its beating looks like my pulse in my neck.sometimes i feel ache in my waist.or hips and also in lower back.i dont know wats going on me.pls help i pregnant?or not

Taking pregnancy tests before missed periods will always be negative. The symptoms could be due to pregnancy or it can also be due to severe acidity. Repeat the pregnancy test now. If it is negative, please consult your PCP regarding this as a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
