Your symptoms (shorter and lighter periods, cramps, increased frequency of urination, back pain, increased tiredness, sore breasts) could be suggestive of early pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests can show false negative results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine during early pregnancy. Blood HCG tests are accurate and can detect pregnancy as early as 11 days post conception. Visit your doctor for examination (to confirm early signs of pregnancy changes in breast, vagina, uterus and cervix), and a blood HCG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
