If there's pregnancy, should i be blamed at?

Hi, i'm new to this forum and i decided to join since i see you guys answer better than yahoo answer or wiki answers.

At 4 July 2012, my ex got her menstruation & 3 days later (7 July 2012), her periods stopped, and we had an protected intercourse (I use condom since the first penetration). But in the middle of the intercourse, suddenly, she bleed again from her vagina, which i think that her menstruation hadn't finished yet. Because i'm too afraid of blood, then i decided to stop the intercourse (even though i hadn't ejaculated), then i wash my penis with soap (since it got blood everywhere).

After i got back to room, my ex had already used thin cotton pants (also underwear & sanitary pads inside). Then she gave me oral, and then i ejaculated into her boobs, stomach, and side stomach. 30 sec later, i wiped all those semen with tissue, but was failed to recall my memory whether i had wiped all those sperm totally or there still had some semen left.

3 days ago, i found out that my ex is sexually active with another man

And then, i'm getting paranoid whether i'll be blamed if she's impregnated by someone's else.

So i decided to prepared some arguments, so please help me..

1. If i accidentally forgot to wipe some sperm on her stomach, can it seeps through thin cotton pants then underwear and then sanitary pads?
2. If it accidentally managed to seeps, then what are the chances that she's getting pregnant from it if i did it at 4th days of her cycle? My ex period is 30-32 days and it always so regular.

Thank you for your response.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
She would be closer to her fertile days after finishing with periods. For a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, the usual fertile days would lie between days 8-18 taking day 1 as first day of bleeding. There are no studies to prove that sperms can pass through fabrics. If sperms have come in contact with vagina (pre-cum or semen contact), and if fertile mucus has been present, chances of pregnancy are possible (sperms can stay alive for 5-6 days in fertile mucus). The intercourse closer to the ovulation day would result in pregnancy. If she gets pregnant in the same menstrual cycle, it is difficult to say who would have fathered the baby if there was no period in between the different sexual encounters. If her due date (completion of 40 weeks of gestation) is known, then you can count back to know the probable conception date and her current gestational age. If her periods are regular, you can also calculate her ovulation date based on the menstrual cycle length and last period date to see if she was during her peak fertile days at time of sexual contact with you. Ultrasound scan done for dating can also help with knowing your probable conception date. The exact results can only be made out after a Paternity test. Visit her doctor/gynecologist for further assistance and clarification.
Take care.

I really appreciate your answer, Doctor. Thanks..

I have some more question. Actually i track her last two cycle, which is 30 and 31 days. And if i had sex with her on 4th days, do it make me on high risk to impregnate her?

Also, how long can sperm survive in skin? And if i had already wiped the "thick-white-fluid" part, did the sperm died instantly?

Thanks
