If HPTs are negative, what could these symptoms be?

I am currently abroad, so I cannot see a doctor, but I am very worried. Yesterday, it felt like someone was painting my insides with a paint roller and stretching my stomach. Nothing painful, but very disconcerting. This has been just one of many symptoms I have had (for about three months) that resemble pregnancy indicators - I’ve had everything from dizziness to nausea, smell sensitivity to back pain, constipation, discharge, spotting and weird periods. There is never any burning or foul smell and the spotting is usually light, with maybe 1-2 days (around the time of my period) that are heavier, but quite light compared to the way it usually is. My stomach is quite prominent and my breasts feel like they are going to explode. The nipples are dark, extremely prominent and erect most of the time and surrounded by clusters of bumps that range anywhere in size from pin pricks to large, almost nipple sized protrusions.
I have taken three HPTs, all negative and had the period like episodes I described above. I was not trying to conceive, but in hindsight there might have been leakage from the condoms due to failure in leaving room at the tip.
Since these tests are all negative and I have had bleeding, I am inclined to believe that pregnancy is not the reason I feel like this. But this opens the possibility of something like ovarian or cervical cancer, or maybe an ovarian cyst? I do not have PCOS. I once had a fibroid, but I was never dizzy or nauseous or fatigued because of it. It caused me purely pain and heavy bleeding.
The coincidence of these symptoms and the start of sexual activity has not escaped me. Before this, I was abstinent for a while.
Does anyone have any advice? Aside from “go see you doctor”? I will, but I won’t be back until early January.

UPDATE:

My period has now gone AWOL. My tailbone hurts horribly if I stand too long and my abdomen is gaining girth at a rate of about 2cm a week. The constipation has increased, but the abdominal cramping in itself has improved. Additionally, I actually feel less dizzy and tired than I did a month ago. My boobs are aching constantly and the areolas/nipples are darker and larger with even more Montgomery glands. I can see blue/green veins snaking down from my shoulders to my breasts more clearly than before.

I have all the symptoms of either an ovarian cyst, ovarian cancer or pregnancy. Pregnancy unlikely due to three negative HPTs and three period like bleeds.
Please let this just be a cyst. The only hope I hold out on is that the pain is not getting worse (at least not the abdominal cramping); it is CHANGING (from purely back to tailbone too) and that most of it is episodic, not constant, often dependent on the nature of my activities.

Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

The various possibilities which present with such pain in the abdomen are diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, bowel obstruction, ovarian cysts and pelvic inflammatory disease, irritable bowel syndrome , kidney obstruction or pyelonephritis, psoas abscess and volvolus (twisting of the sigmoid part of the large bowel on itself). In your case,it can be due to constipation. Are you taking any medication for it?

Investigations like ultrasound abdomen, CT abdomen and colonoscopy are required to confirm a diagnosis. My advise is to consult a gastroenterologist and discuss these possibilities with him.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
