i was with a girl that tested positive can this be herpes?

ok this is awkward, i have some red bumps on my penis that i don't think are herpes, as they have been there for several months now. They don't hurt, even when i pick at them, and they come back in the same spots. the last girl i was with has no stds. anybody have any idea what they could be? there are a few and they are all around the hair folicles. i thought they might be ingown hairs, pimples, even warts. i have never been with anyone that has warts and i was with a girl that tested positive for herpes after we were together, although they were not from me, im just a little freaked out and haven't been tested in a few years
