Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

According to the symptoms you have decribed(irregular periods, not conceiving, had miscarriage)it seems you have PCOD.In this the ovary has one or multiple cysts,it leads to hormonal alterations and thus causes irregular periods and problems in conceiving.Try having regular intercourse. While doing intercourse keep a pillow under your legs for better penetration.
Get a Hormonal evaluation done along with USG scan and also your partners Sperm count.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
