I was messing around with my boyfriend and...

Let me start out by saying I am extremely paranoid anytime I do anything sexual. I'm not on birth control (stupid, I know) I always think I am pregnant and wait for my period to start and stress out about it when it's late. Back in January, I kind of had protected sex with no ejaculation with my bf and took plan b 12 hours after because I was paranoid. My period was 6 days late. I took like 4 tests a month after sex because I was still so paranoid and they were all negative.

Sorry, I had to give you a backstory.

Now onto my current problem. I was messing around with my boyfriend and we were rubbing our genitals together (protected). There was no penetration and no ejaculation. I'm worried he might have fingered me after touching himself or precum went through the condom and got me pregnant. Do you think my stress combined with my cycle being thrown off track by January's plan b is making my period late four days and counting? I don't really feel any symptoms except for increased egg white/yellowish discharge, slightly tender breasts (normal before period), and it feels like something is in my throat...not really nausea...just a weird sensation? Should I be worried?

Welcome to ehealthforum

You seem to be having unnecessary stress about periods. This can definitely affect your sexual life.If you had protected intercourse and there was no penetration then possibility of pregnancy does not arise.
Sperms cannot travel by themselves and die off after coming in air.The condom was also intact so no possibility of conception is nil.If there is no leakage or breakage then use of Plan B is also not recommended.
It seems emergency pill has disturbed your cycle which is quite common.
Relax as stress can further delay the periods. You should consider practicing meditation for relaxation of mind.
Take care!
