Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Based on your information, your cycles do not seem regular. Irregular cycles suggest anovulation (lack of egg release from ovary). Discuss your pregnancy plans with your gynecologist and go ahead with a complete work-up done (that involves blood tests, hormonal tests and ultrasound scan, HSG or hysterosalpingogram) to look for any underlying cause for your inability to get pregnant. Your partner should also get a semen analysis done to look for the quality and quantity of sperms produced.
Hope this helps. Take care.
