I want Loose My Fat as Quick as Possible without Exercise just b

He i am Kevin.I am 22 years old. My Bigger problem is fat.My height is 5.5 and fat on my body is 90kg.How i can remove it from my life.

I read your question and would like to help you out.
You are definitely overweight for your height but don't worry with proper program you can easily lose to get an ideal BMI.
You need to understand that proper exercise is essential part of every weight losing program and you need to incorporate it your life style aswell.

For diet try to eat high protein low carb diet.
Avoid fat intake.
You can take meat,eggs ,seafood, dairy products as these are rich in proteins.
Take high fiber diet such as fruits, vegetables ,whole grains ,nuts and seeds.

You should avoid sweet drinks, added and artificial fats.
Make a calorie diary ,and make sure your intake is not more than what you consume
