I've been seeing and feeling changes, herpes or HPV?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 8 months and we have sex a lot. But lately I've been seeing and feeling changes with my vagina. Couple weeks ago I noticed flesh like little bumps on the walls of my vagina, they aren't a bother unless I touch them then they start itching. I also notice like a disfigurement of the right side of my labia minora, the top part of it is swollen and has two little yellow bumps. They only hurt when I touch them, wipe after I urinate and when I'm wearing tight jeans. I'm really afraid if this is an std

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. These painful bumps need examination and testing for the cause. treatment will be according to the etiology. Work up should be done for STDs as well.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
