Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the effect of Zentel on first week of pregnancy.

It is a category C drug which means that animal studies have revealed evidence of teratogenicity (caused embryotoxicity and skeletal malformations) in pregnant rats and rabbits. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. So it should be used very cautiously only if needed.

You should talk to your doctor and get investigated immediately for any teratogenic effects on the fetus.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
