User Profile
I have noticed around november 2011 that when I squeeze my nipples a white liquid comes out of it. It doesnt leak on its own unless I squeeze them. I have a time when out of the blue I feel sick and naseous but I still have my monthly cycle ive also noticed my cramps are really light to the point of which I can hardly feel them now before I had bad cramps to the point I couldnt get out of bed until it subsided.. I want to know could I be pregnant even tho I still have my monthly cycle? To this day my nipples still has the white substance. my breast doesn't have any lumps or anything out of the ordinary besides my nipple being a little tender. I also get real thirsty alot even after drinking water or juice 20 mins before...help please and thank you ..also in november I had this bleeding early but it wasnt my period it only came for 2 days.then disappeared and my cycle came on on its usual date

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms could suggest possibility of pregnancy, with your periods (lighter bleeding and absence of cramps) being decidual bleeding (if you are pregnant). If you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). The urine pregnancy tests done very early in pregnancy can show you false negative results as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results.
Other possibility for the breast discharge includes PCOS, hyperprolactinemia, hormonal changes. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination and further evaluation to look for the underlying cause for the breast discharge that you describe. Treatment as needed (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
