Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Some amounts of endometrial tissue coming out as ‘chunks’ during menstrual bleeding occasionally are considered to be normal. If you have severe abdominal cramps and if it occurs during every period, then you should consider getting a thorough evaluation done by a gynecologist/obstetrician to look for the underlying cause for your symptoms. You will need to go ahead with further investigations (like hormonal analysis, ultrasound scan etc). Treatment as indicated (by examination and investigation results) would be started to help you. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid stress.
Take care.
