i retch when i eat certain food together?

i retch when i eat certain food together.i have had this since i can remeber but my doctor does nt seem interestedits thing like milk and cerals most cakes and yogot fish with bones and much more although some of these food like milk and cereal and can have on its own, i dont think its mind cos i would love to have a mormal breakfast but all i can have is toast really , the food does get doen but i retch any help is knwoing what it is and how to solve it

If you have had tight lower esophageal sphincter or defective sphincter tone, then your symptoms could be attributed to it. Another possibility includes probability of mental blocks/psychological involved with having certain foods (as you describe). Consider going ahead with getting a counseling done to help with your symptoms. If counseling does not help, go ahead with visiting a gastroenterologist to rule out and GI tract abnormalities.
