Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is not necessary to experience implantation bleeding by all women. Wait and watch for your periods. If the pregnancy is not resulting with your current treatment, then consider discussing about options of IVF and ICSI with your treating gynecologist to help with conception. These can help tackle problems occurring during fertilization and help you with getting pregnant.
Take care.
