Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Your symptoms as back aches, moody, breast tenderness, spotting etc are suggestive of pregnancy symptoms. If you have been having unprotected intercourse then high possibility of pregnancy is there as after coming off the birth control methods chances of conception are immediately present.

Wait for the periods and if they are missed and do not start even after a week of the expected date then consider doing a Urine test for pregnancy determination and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
