Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the spotting/bleeding/pain occurs during or after intercourse, it is not considered to be normal. Do not delay your visit to your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation. Causes like endometritis, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic adhesions, severe PID, vaginal infections, cervix related problems, pregnancy, should be looked for by careful examination and further investigations. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigation results) would be started to help you control symptoms. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
