I'm stressing too much? would I still be pregnant?

I am 18 years old and about 3 months ago
me and my bf were just fooling and an rubbing genitals
together. he never went inside me and he never
ejaculated. so i was a few weeks late and I took
3 home pregnancy tests. all negative so a week later
I took a doctors blood test and again negative had NO
pregnancy symptoms either.

I was also underweight and wasn't eating properly
but the doctor suggested I take the pill and start with
the active pills for the month so it gives me time to
eat healthy. so I did and am a day before the sugar ones
I have been getting slightly sore breasts and a bit of bloating
which goes away when I pee and cramping slightly
with a lot of stomach discomforts over the past 2 weeks

I still have only gained 1-2 kg. and I still am worried I could
be pregnant. my fiends even my bf says to stop stressing
because I'm not.
so what's happening? could I still be pregnant I'm
really scared Sad

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

If you did not have any sexual contact then possibility of pregnancy does not arise. You have started taking the pills and if you have been regular with them they they would provide protection against pregnancy. The symptoms described by you as sore breasts, cramps, bloating might be the side effects if pill itself which are quite commn and present for initial few months.

Relax and avoid stress as they can worsen the symptoms. After few months of pill use the body would be adjusted and the side effects would subside gradually.

Take care!
