I'm starting to loose faith in Doctors,I have had this for 17yrs

I have had multiple ultrasound's, urine test, blood test. I've had a mass in my scrotum for 17 years going on 18, It's really bothering me, it is getting unbearable. I had no surgery of any kind, I've been diagnosed with epididymitis, then a week later at the E.R. with Hydrocele, which they told me they couldn't help me. I wanted to be rehydrated because I'm a diabetic and I had vomited everything even Bile. Meanwhile off and on fever, extreme nausea and vomiting after walking to living room or kitchen, and I live in a apartment. My inguinal glands are hurting. When I stand straight up it feels like its pulling on them. One testes hangs about 1.5 inches down from other, the other one is closer to my penis and is dark purple. I had a 10 day supply of doxycycline and been laying down with them prompted up with ice bag, it seemed like it came back with a vengeance. After going to urologist which is my third time seeing him. Went straight to my primary physician, excessive sweating and fever, They were very upset they reported the urologist to the Hospital's big dog ( what ever that means ). They gave me another dose of same anti-biotic, that was yesterday 7-21-2014. so I'm trying to do this again. I'm extremely hurting. The only one is helping is my primary physician. I've been happily married for 17 years. Thanks for any help. open to any suggestions. Sorry so long, but I am really desperate

I had to retype this, so it would make since. SORRY for the mistake

Why do doctor's treat you like you are lying, I don't want anything wrong with me.
AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
I have had multiple ultrasound's, urine test, blood test. I've had a mass in
my scrotum for 17 years going on 18, It's really bothering me, it is getting
unbearable. I had no surgery of any kind, I've been diagnosed with epididymitis,
then a week later at the E.R. with Hydrocele, which they
told me they couldn't help me. I wanted fluids because I'm a diabetic
and I keep vomiting everything then Bile, so I know I was dehydrated. I have
off and on fever, extreme
nausea and vomiting after walking to living room or kitchen, and I live in a
apartment, so its not that far. My inguinal glands are hurting. When I stand
straight up it hurts. One testes hangs about 1.5 inches down from the other one,
the left one is closer to the base of my penis and is dark purple. I have had a
10 day supply
of doxycycline and been laying down with them prompted up with a ice bag. After
going to urologist which is
my third time seeing him, said nothing was wrong. So I went straight to my primary
physician, I did'nt know what else to do. I'm excessive sweating and fever,
They were very upset that the specialist
did absolutely nothing, They then reported the urologist to the
Hospital's big dog ( what ever that means ) and I told my story and symptoms to him.
They gave me another dose of same
anti-biotic's that was yesterday 7-21-2014. I already take high dose pain meds for
moderate to severe back problems, at this point I'm willing to try anything again.
I'm extremely hurting. I've been happily married for 17 years. Thanks for any help. open to any suggestions
sorry so long, but i am really desperate

I also have kidney pain, in my ureters also, I also have had a CT scan of
pelvic but they were looking for stones, but they found several calcium deposits,
but Mr.Urologist said they were nothing ( could be nothing but at this rate. I
don't know ). I also have pains when I get erection, it hurts to the base to the
tip. When i have a climax it sometimes bleed. My sex life is dead. I tell my wife
I don't want to even try. I'm not saying the urologist is wrong, but when he's
doing a physical exam, and he's telling me They are not hurting when they are
killing me, it's hard to trust him. I have been tested for STD's and nothing.
This is making me extremely sick. and I'm 41 years, Husky build, and my weight
280lbs.
