Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Urine pregnancy tests usually start showing positive results (if you are pregnant) after about 1 week of missing your periods. If you suspect to be pregnant, look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. Wait and watch for your periods. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and a blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Blood/serum HCG levels can show accurate results earlier than urine tests (as early as about 11 days post conception).
Take care.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Blood test is the most confirmatory test for pregnancy determination and earliest it can be positive at least 10 days after a missed period(post conception).Urine pregnancy tests also may not show up the results so early as the hormone HCG might not be detectable in urine right now.
Wait and watch the next periods. If you suspect to be pregnant while travelling avoid bumpy rides and fast reckless driving.

Take Care!
