Hello and welcome to e health forum. ‎

A Missed period is a major indicator of a possible pregnancy. It is common for a few people not to have all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy.

The earliest test to confirm a pregnancy is with a urine pregnancy kit, one day after the missed period. ‎In your case since it is already 25 days late, the test will be conclusive for pregnancy if it is positive.

Other common causes for a missed period, include - Severe stress and anxiety, acute weight changes, eating disorders (Bulemia), Athletes (Rigorous exercise), conditions like ovarian cysts (with irregular cycles) and hypothyroidism,

In case, your test is negative, you should consult with a doctor for a examination, and tests to rule out above mentioned alternative causes.
