Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The spotting that you had in June could have been due to implantation bleeding if there is any history of unprotected intercourse in May or June. Other than that delayed periods can be due to other reasons also.

It can happen because of hormonal imbalance, increased stress, eating disorder, increased smoking, alcohol or caffeine use,PCOS,fibroid, polyps and endometriosis.

You can check the status of your pregnancy. First appearance of pregnancy hormone, HCG, due to implantation occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. Ideally the urine for pregnancy test should be done 1 week after missing your periods. But you can test at 9 or 10 days past ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
