I have a lump on my collarbone, why?

Can scoliosis cause a lump on my collarbone?

I have scoliosis-12 degrees-treatment was some physical therapy.

I haven't had any back pain since, and it really helped. However, now 2 months later, I see a lump on my right collarbone. It's painless, and hard. It doesn't move at all.

I don't know, is this a sign of cancer, or cyst, or something?
Thanks. I'm 20 year old female.

Scoliosis will not cause a mass on your clavicle (collarbone). You do not say where the mass is located. If it is over one of the ends, it may be something going on within the joint. Malignant tumors are usually painful, but not always.
The only way to tell exactly what it is, is to see your physician, who can do an examination and order tests (x-rays, CT scan, MRI, bone scan, blood work, etc as needed).
Good luck.
