Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms (increased tiredness, frequent urination, headaches, growing pains, feeling sick, abdominal pain) are suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests usually start showing positive results after about 1 week of missing periods (if you are pregnant). They can also keep showing you false negative results at times. If you suspect to be pregnant, or develop any other symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, then consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for examination and blood/serum HCG level test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. You can also try repeating the pregnancy test after 7-10 days.
Take care.
