Welcome to ehealthforum,
Getting recurrent infection at the same time every month is not normal. Consider discussing about your symptoms with your gynecologist. Get urine test done to rule out infections. Get your partner also treated if infection is present. Drink plenty of water always to help with flushing of infection. You should also get tested to rule out diabetes that can lead to recurrent infections if not controlled.
Take care.
