Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for a while and I feel the sensation to poo during it. We have tried different positions but nothing seems to work and its starting to get really annoying. I make sure that I go before hand and even after we finish I dont really have to go if that makes sense. Any help would be great!

Welcome to ehealthforum,
The sensation could be due to the pelvic blood flow and congestion that can occur as you reach orgasm. Sometimes the friction can also irritate the rectum (as it lies next to vagina) and results in the sensation that you describe. Consider going ahead with Kegel’s exercises to tone up the pelvic floor muscles and improve the sexual experience. If the symptoms are persistent, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
